工作内容：
- 能充分理解客户意图，掌握设计核心和具体要求，制定初步设计概念并完成整个项目的平面布局规划及空间效果设计；
- 具备良好的商业空间设计能力和品味，以专业的态度和感染力演示最终方案，妥善解决客户提出的问题；
- 配合施工对接事宜，严格按照设计效果进行落地把控，并按照相关验收标准跟进验收工作；
- 高效按时的完成被分配工作，落实设计细节、材料的可行性。
- 定期总结完善设计工作流，提高设计工作效率、精进设计项目质量。
我们希望你：
- 室内设计相关专业本科以上学历；2-3年以上商业空间设计独立方案经验者优先；
- 具有较强的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够向客户进行令人信服的汇报；
- 对于材料和技术性问题的解决有丰富的知识储备；
- 熟练运用相关设计软件（CAD，Sketch Up），渲染插件（ENSCAPE，D5），Adobe套件；
- 具备良好的逻辑思维能力、沟通能力、抗压能力。
Job responsibilities:
- fully comprehend client objectives, identify core design requirements, and develop preliminary design concepts, including complete space planning and 3D visualisations for entire projects
- demonstrate strong commercial space design expertise and aesthetic sensibility. Present final proposals professionally and persuasively, addressing client feedback effectively
- coordinate construction implementation, ensuring strict adherence to design intent and conducting inspections per relevant standards
- execute assigned tasks efficiently with attention to detail, material feasibility, and deadlines
- continuously optimise design workflows to enhance efficiency and project quality
Requirements:
- bachelor’s degree or above in interior design or related field; two to three years of independent commercial space design experience preferred.
- exceptional communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to deliver compelling client presentations
- in-depth knowledge of materials and technical problem-solving in design execution
- proficiency in industry-standard tools: CAD, SketchUp, rendering plugins (Enscape/D5) and Adobe Suite
- strong logical thinking, communication skills, and resilience under pressure
