Sales and project coordinator

OW-N is hiring a sales and project coordinator to join its team in London.
OW-N is a creative studio offering consultancy and furniture procurement for commercial interiors.
Through an engaged process of consultation, we are able to guide our clients to produce innovative, design-led environments that work for their specific needs. Our practice is a highly collaborative one, from initial concept to budgeting, specifying, delivery and installation.
Our studio is in the heart of the West End, and you’ll be part of a sociable and growing start-up business.
Key responsibilities:
- liaising with the sales team
- putting together quotes
- placing orders with suppliers
- authorising supplier invoices
- track progress of order to ensure delivery schedules are met
- arranging internal handover and checking meetings with the dedicated key account team
- monitoring and updating workflow documents
- raising and actioning any warranty issues
- client engagement
Skills and experience:
- previous experience working in the furniture industry preferred
- procurement or project coordination experience
- highly organised with attention to detail
- ability to work autonomously and as part of a close team
- efficient time management
- able to manage multiple projects
- a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage – Indesign and Photoshop
- an ability to read floorplans is essential as is a working understanding of SketchUp in order produce space plans for projects
- an interest in design, interiors and furniture is essential and a degree in a design field is preferable
