Sales and project coordinator

OW-N is hiring a sales and project coordinator to join its team in London.

OW-N is a creative studio offering consultancy and furniture procurement for commercial interiors.

Through an engaged process of consultation, we are able to guide our clients to produce innovative, design-led environments that work for their specific needs. Our practice is a highly collaborative one, from initial concept to budgeting, specifying, delivery and installation.

Our studio is in the heart of the West End, and you’ll be part of a sociable and growing start-up business.

Key responsibilities:

  • liaising with the sales team
  • putting together quotes
  • placing orders with suppliers
  • authorising supplier invoices
  • track progress of order to ensure delivery schedules are met
  • arranging internal handover and checking meetings with the dedicated key account team
  • monitoring and updating workflow documents
  • raising and actioning any warranty issues
  • client engagement

Skills and experience:

  • previous experience working in the furniture industry preferred
  • procurement or project coordination experience
  • highly organised with attention to detail
  • ability to work autonomously and as part of a close team
  • efficient time management
  • able to manage multiple projects
  • a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage – Indesign and Photoshop
  • an ability to read floorplans is essential as is a working understanding of SketchUp in order produce space plans for projects
  • an interest in design, interiors and furniture is essential and a degree in a design field is preferable
