Part 2 architectural assistant

Page Park Architects is hiring a Part 2 architectural assistant to join its team in Glasgow and Leeds, UK.

We are currently seeking organised and enthusiastic Part 2 architectural assistants to join our Glasgow and Leeds studios. You would be directly involved in all stages of architectural projects in cultural, education, residential and heritage sectors.

Your role within the studio will include collaborating with senior architects to develop design proposals, and assisting in their delivery on-site. You will work directly with clients, consultants and contractors, as part of our experienced team. We are an employee owned business, and applicants can expect to take part in wider discussions about project opportunities and development of the practice.

Candidates must be proficient in the use of Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, AutoCAD, Revit, and have excellent 3D visualisation skills. You should be able to support the production of drawing packages at RIBA work stages 1-4, have strong design and presentations skills, and be enthusiastic about learning and developing your own professional skills. Applications that demonstrate interest and experience in conservation, interior design or masterplanning are welcomed. We aim to provide a stimulating and supportive environment to nurture these interests, in addition to providing support and mentorship to candidates undertaking their Part 3 professional examinations.
