BDP is looking for a Part 2 architectural assistant to join its team in London.
Role: Part 2 architectural assistants – heritage studio
Location: London, Clerkenwell
Hours: Mon- Fri 9am to 5:30pm
We have a few opportunities for talented Part 2 architectural assistants with good Revit experience to work on prestigious historic building projects in Westminster.
As a major interdisciplinary building design practice of architects, engineers, designers and urbanists, BDP offers a unique opportunity to work on definitive high profile projects within interdisciplinary project teams.
You will have achieved your Part 2 and have experience working within a leading design organisation, some experience or interest of heritage projects would be ideal but not necessary.
You will be skilled at drawing freehand and your portfolio will illustrate excellent design skills on a range of medium to large scale projects. You will be proficient in Revit and have good graphics/rendering software skills.
You will enjoy working in a collaborative team environment, be able to work to tight deadlines and demonstrate an ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels and from all backgrounds both verbally and in writing.
Please note that due to the sensitivity of the project all successful candidates will be asked to complete a baseline personnel security standard pre-employment check (BPSS) and will be required to undergo various checks including identity, right to work; three years’ UK employment/education history and criminal record. If you are unable to meet this and any associated criteria, then your employment may be delayed or rejected.
