Marketing coordinator
at PDP London
PDP London is seeking a marketing coordinator to join its team in London.
Working closely with our head of marketing and head of communications, this position is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and talented individual to help implement a brand refresh alongside the coordination of the studios’ marketing and comms portfolio.
This temp to perm position will initially be a six-month fixed term contract.
Key responsibilities:
- implementation of a brand refresh across all items: marketing collateral, documents and digital
- organise and maintain the project image library and photo library
- assist with the internal communications and events for the brand refresh launch
- create new documents for all marketing collateral; brochures, presentations, CVs etc.
- create new templates for internal practice use and guide staff on their use
- contribute to the PDP London blog and assist with research and editing
- scheduling and monitoring of social media posts in Agorapulse
- keeping project and practice intel, images and information up to date
- create marketing material such as presentations, practice statements, brochures and CVs
- award entries
- engaging copywriting and visual content for blog and social media
- coordinate bids and tender submissions
- assist with events
- active role in internal comms
Skills, knowledge and expertise:
- strong Microsoft Suite skills, including creating Word, Excel and PowerPoint templates
- strong InDesign and Photoshop skills
- strong writing and copywriting experience
- a good understanding of brand, communications and business development
- marketing/communications degree qualification is desirable or experience working in a similar role
- able to contribute to ideas and work independently
- a high level of attention to detail and ability to check and correct your own and other’s work accurately
- good at following things through to completion, with consistency
- a strong work ethic, which is demonstrated in your personal approach and also communicated to others
- able to work to deadlines
- to be able to work on your own initiative
- able to multi-task and remain calm and well organised
- a good team worker who will willingly and pro-actively help others when needed
- able to forge strong relationships with people throughout the practice at all levels
