About you

Dynamic, proactive, enthusiastic, responsible and practical person with a passion for what you do. This role will suit a competent and proficient project architect, with experience as a job-runner. You will have demonstrable experience working on projects from one or more of the following sectors; multi-storey residential, education, healthcare, office or central government and be confident with technical delivery with an eye for quality design.

Requirements:

  • RIBA Part 3 qualification and ARB registration
  • minimum three years’ post-qualification experience
  • proficient use of Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite
  • ideally, experience with NBS Create
  • excellent communication and client-facing skills, combined with strong interpersonal and influencing skills
  • ability to lead teams from project inception to completion
  • excellent design skills and sound knowledge of technical standards and regulations
