We are seeking a receptionist/studio administrator with front of house duties to join our London office on a full-time basis (Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm).
Role:
- taking responsibility for front of house within the office
- the successful person will work closely with the office manager to provide diverse studio support
- you will be comfortable provide integral reception and front of house duties, including telephone cover, greeting visitors and providing refreshments when needed
- setting up meeting rooms and liaising with IT support
- the right candidate will liaise confidently with clients at all levels, welcome visitors, receive incoming telephone calls and take and distribute messages as necessary
- it will be your responsibility to arrange post and booking of couriers, printing, binding, organising and controlling the catering for the office including meeting room bookings and provision of refreshments for meetings
- you will be assisting with setting up meetings/CPD’s and internal/external company related events
- you will also be assisting with minor PA duties such as travel arrangements and office trips
- you will be an excellent communicator, cheerful, flexible and always willing to be part of a busy team
Skills:
- outgoing and welcoming personality
- good working knowledge of MS Word/Excel and Outlook is essential, InDesign and Photoshop would be useful
- excellent English, both spoken and written
- a natural at prioritising your workload conscientiously and hitting deadlines
- able to take responsibility for own work
- as an ambassador for the studio in all areas including with clients, you must be naturally personable and professional
