Project London is hiring a mid-weight interior designer to join its team in London.

We are an award-winning architectural design and project management studio specialising in high-end residential projects. From concept to completion, we deliver exceptional results for discerning clients. With an exciting pipeline of projects, we are seeking an experienced and driven mid-weight interior designer to help lead our team at this pivotal time.

About you

You are a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in high-end residential interior design. Passionate about design, you have the expertise to lead projects confidently from concept to delivery. You balance creative vision with strong commercial awareness, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities:

  • preparation of client presentation documentation and design packages
  • manage project timelines and project budgets
  • strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask, and prioritise across multiple projects
  • confidently present concepts to colleagues, clients, and professional teams.
  • source, research and maintain relationships with the best suppliers
  • create detailed schedules, manage coordination of procurement, delivery and installation
  • communicate effectively with clients, suppliers and the design team
  • represent the company professionally and uphold our high standards

Required qualifications and skills:

  • degree in interior design or architecture
  • minimum five years post-degree industry experience, ideally in high end residential projects
  • proficiency in Vectorworks (2D), Adobe InDesign, and Microsoft Office
  • strong creative, organisational, and communication skills
  • fluent in written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills
  • excellent client presentation skills
  • up-to-date knowledge of current building regulations and codes
  • process-driven with a keen eye for detail
