We are looking for a highly experienced architect/project manager to become part of our dynamic and fast-growing team. The right candidate will need to be super-efficient and skilled at managing multiple build projects, plus be extremely proficient in relevant software and design packages. Concept design and architectural detailing skills are essential, this is as much a design role involving concept design as project management.

We are a bespoke prime residential design and build firm based in Newbury carrying out full refurbishment projects to high-end residential properties in London, this necessitates a high degree of confidentiality and discretion is paramount. The company offers full interior architectural services, custom furniture design and project management with our own dedicated build team for implementation.

We are looking for an architect-led project manager who has the experience and ability to run our projects from inception to completion. Experience in running and dealing with contractors on site + procurement is essential to ensure projects are both on time and to specification.

This role will be client-facing and we deal globally so fluent English is essential. The job will entail one day a week in the Newbury head office and the rest of the week on sites around central London, plus working from home.

We are looking for senior-level candidates and are offering in the region of £50,000 – £55,000 depending on the individual’s experience.
