Remi C.T. Studio is seeking an architect to join its team in London.
About
Remi C.T. Studio is currently seeking a driven, highly organised, and experienced architect to join our team on a full-time basis. You will work alongside our designers under the weekly line management of a director. The main responsibility for this role is to consult and assist in solving the design development of project details and construction design. Our studio’s projects cover various sectors, including residential, commercial, urban design, cultural, and mixed-use, so relevant experience in any of these areas is welcome.
Due to an increasing workload from both London and international projects, we are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who is passionate about design and innovation. Please apply only if you are based in or around London, have easy access to Stratford, London, and are eligible to work in the UK.
Responsibilities:
- confidently deliver projects from RIBA Stage 1-7 with strong technical knowledge
- possess expert knowledge of statutory requirements and strong communication skills
- demonstrate understanding and interest in sustainable technologies
Requirements:
- highly organised and motivated
- passionate about architecture and design
- extensive experience in detailed design, architectural regulations, legislation, and construction
- works with a high level of accuracy
- strong eye for technical design
- ability to work independently or as part of a team
- good organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
- clear thinking, with strong organisational and time management skills
- genuine passion, flair, and creativity
- enjoys innovation in designing details
- extensive work experience within the UK
Skills, qualifications and experience:
- excellent communication skills
- desirable: International project experience
- proficient in AutoCAD
- desirable: skilled in BIM modelling
- ARB number
- two to four years of construction/site experience
