Part 3 project architect
at Rise Design Studio
RISE Design Studio is seeking a Part 3 architect to join its team in London.
RISE Design Studio is an award-winning design studio that works both within and outside the boundaries of architecture. The studio works at all scales, from creating residential projects to community, cultural and commercial buildings, and hospitality projects.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong design portfolio, solid construction knowledge, and a proven track record of completing complex architectural projects. We are looking for someone with an independent and progressive mindset who can work well as part of a team or as project lead.
We are looking for a driven and dedicated designer to join the team on community, and residential projects at various stages from concept and technical design to on-site construction.
Part 3 applicants:
- experience of project leadership and management
- experience delivering tender information and details to British building regulations
- excellent organisational skills
- excellent presentation skill
- fluency in Archicad
- on-site/construction experience
- ability to work closely on every aspect of the project from concept design, contract documentation and construction phases
- at least two years post-Part 3 practice experience is preferred
All applicants should have:
- proficiency in Adobe Suite (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- proficiency in TwinMotion
- applicants must be based in London
We offer comprehensive training and mentorship to navigate the technical and practical aspects of project delivery. Applicants will work closely with company directors and you’ll contribute to all project phases, from conceptualisation to client management.
