Ruff Architects is hiring a senior architect to join its team in London.

Position: senior architect

Location: on-site in our London Office

Experience: minimum five years post-Part 3

What we’re looking for:

• a creative and strategic thinker with a proven track record of leading successful projects from concept to completion
• strong experience in both residential and commercial projects, with a keen eye for detail and design excellence
• an ability to collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met and exceeded
• proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite and resourcing and reporting software
• exceptional project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams
• a passion for sustainable design and an understanding of current environmental standards and regulations
• excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively
• an ambitious and passionate approach that can help us grow the practice in the right direction
• a collaborative mindset, eager to mentor junior staff and contribute to a positive team culture
