The successful candidate must have:
- strong AutoCAD skills and be comfortable with producing detailed construction drawing packs for tender
- outstanding design and space planning skills with the ability to articulate high-quality and detailed schemes, thinking, and creating directly within a 3D environment
- excellent time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- outstanding communication and presentation skills, alongside the ability to liaise effectively with other team members, clients, suppliers and consultants
- passion and proven ability in specifying products, materials, furniture and lighting solutions
- high levels of team spirit with a collaborative and positive approach
- eligibility to work permanently in the UK and fluent written and spoken English
- competence in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, SketchIp and AutoCAD software
- competence in office software packages such as work, excel and teams
- competence in Google Suite platforms such as gmail, google calendar, sheets and docs

The successful candidate would ideally have:
- experience working on hospitality projects such as restaurants, hotels and bars
- experience working on high-end residential projects for end-users
- good understanding and basic applied knowledge of sustainable design
- awareness of Building and Fire Safety Regulations
- know how to conduct themselves on a building site safely and professionally
Practice structure and characteristics:
- boutique in scale and approach, ensuring a friendly, personal, and high-quality service to our clients
