S47 architecture is seeking an architectural assistant to join its team in London.

We are seeking an ambitious, motivated and talented Part 1 or Part 2 architect to work within a team on the design and delivery of a range of  residential projects.

Applicants should have excellent design sensibility, technical ability and project delivery experience working through all RIBA stages , thorough understanding of UK Building Regulations and working knowledge of Autodesk auto cad and rendering software are essential.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate:

• a minimum of two years’ professional experience
• experience in design and delivery working within existing buildings in residential new build and conversions
• excellent design skills and an understanding of technical and construction detailing skills
• excellent verbal and written communication
• intermediate or advanced working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD V-Ray
• a thorough understanding of current UK Building Regulations
