Scott Brownrigg is a global design leader, ranked 11th within the UK and within the Global Top 100 of architectural practices. With our Head Office in London, we have studios across the UK and internationally in New York, Singapore and Amsterdam.
We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive BIM manager to join our dynamic team. Working closely with our director of digital development as part of the cross-studio digital technology team, you will support our global design projects and teams through managing and implementing our growing BIM and digital systems, libraries and services.
This role would suit someone with proven experience in the application of CAD and BIM systems in a project based environment with a true passion for emerging digital technologies and collaboration.
Essential skills, knowledge and experience:
- BIM/information management certification (BIM Level 2 certification)
- expert user of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage and associated tools
- experience and skill in other apps such as Dynamo, Solibri, Rhino + Grasshopper, Enscape and VR/AR visualisation
- good knowledge of COBie asset information input, preparation and delivery.
Experience of working in an architectural environment and mitigating project risks
Desirable knowledge and experience:
- excellent Revit library content creation and maintenance skills
- knowledge of environmental/lifecycle assessment software
- experience in developing and implementing digital workflow automation
- architectural or technician qualifications.
- experience in Bentley tools.

The successful candidate will work closely with our digital technology team to deliver high-quality project models, to ensure performance and compliance with BIM standards and client needs, and to drive consistency, efficiency, and accuracy at all stages of design and delivery.
Candidates must be highly computer literate with strong interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving skills, and a positive and can-do attitude. Attention to detail, strong focus on delivery and solution, as well as the ability to lead and inspire others will be very valuable.
