Scott Brownrigg is looking for an interior design project director, with experience in the hospitality and residential sector to join its team in London.

The team is at the forefront of a new approach to solving client challenges, one driven by diversity, curiosity and a relentless drive to make things better.

As a result of new exciting business wins we are seeking to expand our team and have a specific requirement for a project director to work alongside our interior design directors developing our hospitality and residential sector.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is currently in a similar role or is looking for the next step in their career and is driven and passionate about the highest quality interior design.

We are seeking a leader with proven range of extensive experience within the hospitality sector.

You will:

  • be skilled in providing senior leadership on multiple projects with client-facing responsibilities and winning new business for the practice
  • demonstrate technical competency with all-round ability as well as strong budget management ability
  • be a skilled people manager who promotes team spirit, provides feedback whilst remaining supportive and motivational
  • be highly computer literate with skills to include Revit and/or AutoCAD and Adobe Suite applications

Based in our Covent Garden studio, you will be responsible for effective and efficient management of clients and projects’ profitability, resourcing and teams. Together with directors you will ensure that sector and business unit targets are met, contribute towards the operational running and management of the local business unit and progress business development opportunities in order to secure an independent fee income.
