Harrison Pursey is recruiting a senior designer on behalf of Big Mamma Group in London.

Fantastic opportunity to join the in-house studio of this successful and hugely popular restaurant group and work on iconic and highly creative projects, creating the coolest spaces in the world!!  Their style is high end, detailed, fun and very creative, with lots of vintage and bespoke pieces and unique designs for each of their restaurants.

Big Mamma already spans seven countries and with fast-track expansion plans, this is an exciting time to join and be involved in the growth and success of the company – as well as scope for personal development and advancement.

Currently recruiting for : senior interior designer – £50k+ (10 yrs experience)

Required skills and experience :

• experience of working for a high profile creative studio, running and delivering cutting edge projects from concept to completion, for restaurants/hospitality/F&B
• delivering a strong design concept and creative vision through sketches, visualisation, space planning and production of full technical drawing pack, including a strong knowledge of joinery, furniture and construction detailing
• strong end to end project management skills and excellent attention to detail
• great team player with the confidence and ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with the studio team, construction teams, contractors and Ops teams
• awareness of current style trends as well as the wider restaurant industry
• a good knowledge and understanding of finishes and materials with a good eye for colour and style
• experience of mentoring and managing team members to complete projects on time and on budget plus a high level of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and InDesign with strong freehand sketching abilities
