shedkm has an opportunity for an architect to join its studio in London, UK.
The successful candidate will have 3 to 5 years post Part 3 experience and a forward-thinking mindset, excellent communication skills, a purposeful attitude and demonstrable team-working skills.
They will also have a good level of Revit literacy with hands-on experience in the production of models and drawings and will be required to complete a Revit test if selected for interview.
We are looking for someone with good design flare and a demonstrable involvement with technical matters in design-related projects, with the ability to lead a team as well as work independently, co-ordinating the development of packages and/or projects with consultants and sub-contractors.
Applicants must be able to present the following in order to be considered for interview:
- a minimum of three years’ post Part 3
- experience of early stage work, delivering projects and working in Revit
- ability to demonstrate a good level of detail competency in their application
- knowledge of the UK construction industry
- an understanding of and involvement in a range of project types across varying scales and levels complexity
- familiarity of relevant UK building standards
- appreciation of shedkm’s design ethos
- great communication skills
- ambition and enthusiasm to further one’s career
