There is an opportunity for a lead architect do join the shedkm team in Manchester, UK.
shedkm has an exciting opportunity for a qualified architect with a minimum of three years’ post-Part 3 experience to help spearhead our growth in the North West.
shedkm is an employee-owned trust and B Corp practice. You will work closely with our established team in Liverpool, developing our studio presence in Manchester whilst maintaining our unique approach to studio culture and design.
The successful candidate for this client-facing role will combine strong delivery skills with an outgoing approach, and a proactive attitude towards business development to help evolve our offer and client base.
This is a great opportunity to contribute to the evolution of shedkm, and be part of a highly collaborative team.
Please note, this role will ultimately be based in Manchester, but will initially require travel to our Liverpool studio at least two days per week.
Applicants must be able to present the following in order to be considered for interview:
- a minimum of three years’ post Part 3
- experience delivering projects and working in Revit
- knowledge of the UK construction industry
- familiarity of relevant UK building standards
- appreciation of shedkm’s design ethos
- great communication skills
- ambition and enthusiasm to further one’s career
