Purpose
Silverlining Furniture are seeking someone to join their sales team whose focus will be to acquire additional ultra-high net worth (UHNW) clients within the marine, residential and aviation industries worldwide. By providing an exceptional experiential service and product, they will assist in achieving the next phase of growth for the renowned brand.
Ideal candidate will have:
- experience of sales within the luxury yacht industry or selling direct to UHNW clients
- strong technical and market knowledge to facilitate informed discussions with clients
- an interest in high-end bespoke luxury furniture
- an established portfolio of UHNW clients, family offices, and wealth advisors
- can demonstrate success in closing high value projects and a history of exceeding sales targets
- expertise in hosting and managing client dinners and large-scale events
- a strategic and growth mindset with demonstrable experience in establishing themselves in both new and existing markets
Key responsibilities:
- generate leads for potential new clients and convert leads into sales through extensive market research and their existing network of clients
- expand the existing Silverlining client book and network with these new clients as well as other third-party influencers or collaborators
- proactively engage with new projects and any real estate, new build yachts or aviation sales for opportunities and attend relevant events in support of the sales strategy
- collaborate with the internal stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
- provide after-sales and on-going experiences to stay in touch with clients
- update, issue and review contractual documents with the CEO, carrying out due diligence checks in line with client, vat and other sales tax regulations or laws
- provide accurate and timely monthly forecasts and sales pipeline data
- take an active interest in prospective clients and undertake appropriate research and preparation in advance of meetings
- gain market feedback on Silverlining products
- assist with the delivery and handover of furniture upon completion
- communicate and share the Silverlining brand, whilst understanding and celebrating our products, techniques and materials
