Squire and Partners is looking for a receptionist to join its administration team in London.

Working in a busy environment with other receptionists, you will be responsible for answering and redirecting telephone calls into the office, greeting visitors, managing meeting room bookings, organising couriers and taxis and dealing with post and deliveries.

Previous reception experience is not necessary, but the ideal candidate will be well-presented, sociable, level-headed, with strong organisational skills.  This would be an ideal position for a recent graduate looking to build experience.

The role will include:

  • answering all incoming telephone calls using the switchboard
  • greeting visitors
  • managing meeting room bookings
  • dealing with post
  • organising bookings for couriers, taxis, etc.
  • ordering stationery
  • assisting the facilities manager with maintenance issues
  • providing cover and additional assistance to team secretaries when required

Salary is dependent on experience.
