Sruli Recht is seeking an assistant to support with the remote management of a portfolio of commercial and artistic projects on a part-time basis (15-20 hours per week).
Working alongside artist/designer Sruli Recht, this exciting opportunity requires a candidate who will work as a partner to ensure the creative output of the studio’s work is delivered to clients with a complimentary level of excellence.

Purpose of the role
The assistant will support the artist/designer on a diverse portfolio of projects that are forward-thinking and international in scope.
The key responsibilities of this position will be to support time management, scheduling and organisation as well as operational functions including basic budgeting management. The assistant will be in communication with external contacts to support the coordination of daily operations.
The output of this role will be the successful delivery of art and design projects for an array of in-house work and inspiring partners, across design and fashion.
The ideal candidate:

- strong communicator – written, verbal and emotional
- confident working with highly creative artists
- experience with project management coordinating multiple projects over different time-zones
- three years of relevant experience as an assistant or coordinator
- proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- comfortable managing budgets and basic accounting software
