An associate architect, who is proficient in Revit and looking to be a part of a leadership team, is needed to join The Steve Richie Partnership a leading architectural firm known for its innovative and visionary approach to design. This is a rare opportunity to transition from project leadership to a more strategic role in an ambitious mixed-use practice, offering the chance to lead project delivery whilst also playing a key role in shaping the practices future.

They are now seeking an associate architect who has a practice rather than project mentality to lead the delivery of projects and play a key role in the leadership team.
As the associate architect you will take on the responsibility of project delivery, providing expert guidance and oversight to ensure projects progress smoothly at all stages. You’ll have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, ensuring they’re managed to the highest professional standards. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in business development, collaborating with directors to generate new opportunities, develop fee proposals, and nurture client relationships. As part of the senior team, you’ll contribute to the management and development of the practice, taking the lead on strategic professional matters such as CDM and BIM.
To qualify you could be an associate architect, senior associate, architect or similar with a CV and portfolio that demonstrates:
- experience in the delivery of projects in different sectors and of varying size from inception to completion, ideally within the UK (a minimum of seven years of post-qualification experience)
- you are versatile and committed individual seeking a new challenge
- proven ability to manage projects and teams effectively
- you can take the lead in REVIT and AutoCAD; experience in BIM coordination preferred
- you are ARB Registered with knowledge of contract management
- an interest in the business aspect of architecture
- permanent right to live and work in the UK (no visa sponsorship provided)
