Ström Architects is looking for a talented and motivated Part 2 architectural assistant to join its team in Lymington, UK.

The role
Salary: £28,500 to £37,500 (dependent on experience)
Location: studio-based with flexible working options available
Key responsibilities:
- assist in the development of concept designs and technical drawings for bespoke residential and high-end development projects
- collaborate with project teams to ensure innovative and high-quality design outcomes
- support the preparation of presentation materials and technical documentation
- liaise with consultants and other project stakeholders under the guidance of senior team members
- participate in design discussions, studio activities, and project reviews
Skills and experience:
- RIBA Part 2 qualification with a 1st or 2:1 (or equivalent) with relevant experience in architectural practice
- strong design skills with a passion for creating innovative, high-quality work
- proficiency in design and drafting software such as Vectorworks, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp (or similar)
- excellent communication and organisational skills, with a proactive and adaptable attitude
- a keen eye for detail and a commitment to design excellence
