Studio Petretti Architecture is seeking an organised self-starter with strong people skills and multi-tasking ability to join our team as studio manager. Our nimble team of architects enjoy working on projects large and small for a variety of client types. We are looking to compliment our team with an individual who can bring strong organisational skills and thoughtful attention to detail. Experience with project management, architecture, or construction is a significant plus. Human resources, bookkeeping, and IT management are provided through external consultants and not anticipated to fall under the studio manager’s responsibility. Administrative

The studio manager will be the first point of contact for project inquiries, confident and articulate communication via phone and email is essential. The position will involve general administrative support necessary for maintaining the office, including office supply/sample management, maintaining meeting spaces, managing external IT consultants, and scheduling project photography sessions. The ideal candidate has the capability to work with staff to develop project schedules and assist the firm principal with managing overall project staffing.

Financial

Responsibility for monthly invoice preparation and project health summary for review by firm principal. Manage receipt of vender invoices and correspond with external business consultant and bookkeeper for accounts payable. Maintain project budget tracking documents monthly. Track staff reimbursables and receipts.

Marketing

Work with firm principal to develop general marketing collateral. Manage and compile project proposals for private clients and public RFP processes. Assist with scheduling of events and social media outreach.

Technical proficiency

Administrative software used in the studio (please indicate experience level): Outlook, Excel, Word, Adobe InDesign, Harvest Forecast, Bluebeam Studio, Quickbooks Desktop and Squarespace.

Design software used in the studio (for reference): Revit, SketchUp, Podium, Photoshop.
