Studio Tashima is seeking a talented and experienced RIBA Part 3 Project Architect to join our dynamic, design-led practice based in North London. If you’re passionate about creating unique, thoughtful spaces and eager to develop your career, we’d love to hear from you.

Studio Tashima is an eclectic and design-focused architecture and design studio working across residential, hospitality, and commercial sectors. Our ethos prioritises an organic and holistic approach to design, emphasising spatial experience and rich use of materials. Key requirements:
- experience – at least five years of post-Part 3 professional experience in the UK
- RIBA Work Stages – proficient knowledge from planning to construction phases
- contracts – familiarity with JCT or RIBA construction contracts
- design skills – a strong creative vision and design sensibility
- technical knowledge – proficiency in building regulations and technical drawings
- software proficiency – silled in Vectorworks, Excel, Photoshop, and Illustrator; experience with 3D Rhino is advantageous
- communication – fluent in English (written and spoken) with clear presentation abilities
- organisation – strong initiative, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- teamwork – confidence in both independent work and team collaboration
- ambition – a drive to contribute to the studio’s growth and enhance technical expertise
