Architect or Part 2 architectural assistant
at TAS Architects
TAS Architects is recruiting an architect or Part 2 architectural assistant to be part of its team in London.
TAS Architects is a RIBA award-winning team of architects and designers specialising in sustainable and contemporary building design.
As a practice, we work in a variety sectors, but focus on low-energy residential projects, both new build and remodelling. Projects also include grade-2-listed buildings, large immersive art galleries and community cafes. We continue to pursue innovative ways to create sustainable buildings and are excited by clients who have the ambition to create bespoke, beautiful dwellings.
Our team operates from our studio in East London, as well as our workspaces in Hertfordshire and Suffolk. We are seeking an experienced Part 2 architectural assistant or architect to join our team, working on a variety of new build projects and developments. We are open to suggestions of hours/days/contract lengths. The role is hybrid, likely to combine a day or two a week in our London or Hertfordshire studio with working from home.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the rest of our team. Ideally, we’re looking for someone with a minimum of two years’ UK project experience who is proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite. A thorough working knowledge of RIBA stages and building regulations would be expected, as well as site experience and a passion to learn and help deliver high-performing and low-energy buildings.
We have created a fun, supportive working environment that encourages personal development whilst still enjoying a good work/life balance. If you are interested in joining our team, please submit your application via the apply for job button below, which should include,
