TateHindle is seeking an architect to join its team in London.
TateHindle is currently looking for an experienced architect with a strong technical focus working on residential and mixed-use projects. We are an award-winning architecture and design practice based in Shoreditch. We work with high-profile clients and have completed many interesting and challenging projects across a variety of sectors. Our portfolio includes innovative new builds and the sensitive restoration of listed buildings. We create spaces that inspire people to work, learn and create; we establish sustainable communities and design beautiful buildings for everyone to enjoy.
We have a vacancy for an experienced architect (approximately five years plus) with excellent Revit knowledge. The role will involve working closely with the project architect and overseeing the project team in delivering a number of large scale residential architectural projects in London and the South East.
The successful candidate will have experience in all RIBA project stages, with a bias on overseeing detailed design and technical packages. They will have strong Revit experience to support full BIM integration across the practice, alongside excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate must have:
- experience across all RIBA stages from feasibility to construction
- outstanding technical design and detailing expertise, working directly within a 3D BIM environment
- experience in delivering tender and construction packages
- excellent and current knowledge of UK building regulations
- experience and understanding of BIM concepts, workflows and collaboration
- excellent time management and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- keen interest in current and emerging technical and sustainability solutions and products
- high levels of team spirit with a collaborative and positive approach
