Architectural visualiser

Tekuchi is recruiting an architectural visualiser to join its team in London.
We are looking for experienced architectural 3D visualisers who have made the move into Realtime viz. Our team is now working entirely in Unreal Engine to create stunning interactive visualisation experiences set into our Digital Twin of London as well as fully path-traced CGIs. We are super excited to be able to grow our team of enthusiastic creators.
Requirements:
- at least three years’ experience in high-end architectural visualisation
- solid understanding of architectural drawings
- ability to create 3D models from architectural drawings or Revit models
- expert knowledge of 3dsmax and Revit and AutoCAD or Rhino3d
Solid experience in Unreal - camera matching and solid retouching skills with an eye for detail and creative flare
- in-depth knowledge of High Poly to Low Poly Workflow including LODS, Charting and UV Unwrapping and texture baking
- experience with photogrammetry
- PBR Materials creation, architectural specification led Texture Generation
- physically based lighting knowledge
- real-time lighting, reflections, refractions and ambient occlusion using: Screen Space, Raytracing and PathTracing
- cinematic post-process volumes, using: ACES Color Correcting, Filmic Tonemapper, Color Grading, VFX (Bloom and Glare) techniques
- previous experience in photorealistic imagery with Vray or Corona
- excellent retouching skills with a keen eye for detail
Qualifications:
- degree in architecture, industrial design or interior design
Nice to have:
- practical use of Jira boards for organisation
- Blueprints coding/editing
- Blender
- Reality Capture and photogrammetry experience
- architectural photography
Location: London (note you must be able to attend the office and have a full work permit for the UK; we cannot entertain applications that do not meet this requirement.
