Part 2/3 architect

The DHaus Company is seeking a Part 2 architect with technical and design skills to join its team in London.
Full-time desk space role inside the studio.
Salary of £28 – £30k per year depending on your level of experience with the opportunity to grow as the practice expands.
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic person to join our team.
We are building a wide range of residential and commercial architecture projects in London, the UK and some international projects.
The role is very varied, but mostly will focus on detailed construction work, detailed plans, sections, elevations, internal elevations, details, schedules etc and overseeing the build, onsite project architect role, project management.
The applicant must have good knowledge on using AutoCAD, Rhino and the Adobe Suite so they can hit the ground running. They must be confident in preparing technical drawings and working in 3D.

This person must be rigorous when it comes to actually building things!
The role is a lot about figuring out details by problem solving and talking to manufacturers and contractors to allow us to create beautiful spaces.
We need someone to hit the ground running. The main thing is a can-do attitude. Enthusiasm is the most important value.
