Interior architect
at The Living Room

The Living Room is seeking a full-time interior architect with at least three years’ experience and great communication skills to join its team in London.

We specialise in residential refurbishments and interior design.

We have recently launched a specialist kitchen department under the brand Kitchen Design Mill Hill and our design studio is now showcasing some superb kitchen furniture and appliances.

We are also an ‘elite’ showroom for all stone products by Cosentina. Therefore we are offering a very diverse role which includes many areas of the industry, from designing houses and kitchens to spatial planning and sourcing furniture.

Permanent position.
Basic salary £21k upwards + commission depending on experience.
Two Saturdays a month to be worked.
Excellent uncapped commission.

With previous design experience you will have a strong working knowledge of CAD-based design software supported by the ability to organise and prioritise. We use CAD and Compusoft Winner in our design studio.

You will be utilising:

– luxurious worktops including Quartz, Granite and Dekton
– full scale appliances from Bosch, Neff and Siemens
– bespoke sizes and design choices
– complete support from our German manufacturers
– outstanding customer service

We are looking for someone with a natural warmth and friendliness along with a professional approach to business.

The command of the English language must be excellent.

For all projects, accurate site surveys and assessments of existing conditions will be required.

Our studio is situated in the wealthy London suburb of Mill Hill NW7 with the nearest railway station being Mill Hill Broadway, 19 minutes from St Pancreas.
