Part 2 architectural assistant
at The Manser Practice
The Manser Practice is looking for a Part 2 architectural assistant to join its growing London studio.
We are an award-winning architecture and interior design studio based in Hammersmith and York, seeking talented Part 2 architectural assistants and architectural technicians to join our Hammersmith team working on a series of new exciting hotel & hospitality projects in London.
This is a good opportunity to work in a practice with opportunities for career development and the chance to be involved with the above and other projects across all sectors both in the UK and abroad.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate:
- strong design and presentation skills
- excellent spoken and written English
- ability to work independently on packages and as part of a wider project team
- good organisational and time management skills
- familiarity with current UK Building Regulations and the UK planning system
- an ability to co-ordinate and produce high quality technical information
- be able to demonstrate previous on site experience
- previous experience working on hotel or commercial size projects is desirable
Software skills:
- Microstation/Revit preferred
- full Adobe Suite
Our vibrant and creative studio is located in Hammersmith, London, where you’ll be based full-time, working alongside a passionate and supportive team.
