Threefold Architects is seeking an architect to join its workplace team in London.

Threefold is an award winning architecture practice specialising in the design and delivery of commercial retrofit design. We are a friendly, collaborative and design-led practice based in Kentish Town and are currently working on a range of innovative workplaces. We are committed to producing high quality designs and building sustainably.

What we are seeking

We are seeking an ambitious, motivated architect to work within a team on the design and delivery of a range commercial workplace and retrofit schemes.

Applicants should have excellent design sensibility, technical ability and evidence of project design and delivery of commercial workplace in London. Strong interior design, verbal and written communication skills, a thorough understanding of UK Building Regulations and working knowledge of Autodesk Revit are essential.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate:

• a minimum of two years post-Part 3 professional experience and evidence of design, production and delivery of commercial work place
• a flare for interiors and materiality
• excellent design skills and an understanding of technical and construction detailing skills
• demonstrate an understanding and commitment for sustainable design
• excellent verbal and written communication skills
• experience of working with multi-disciplinary design teams through all RIBA Stages
• intermediate or advanced working knowledge of Autodesk Revit
• a thorough understanding of current UK Building Regulations
