Part 2 architectural assistant
at Tigg Coll Architects

Tigg Coll Architects is seeking a Part 2 architectural assistant to join its growing team in London.

Since our inception, our practice ethos has focused on how people live and want to live in our evolving society.  This has been the bedrock of our work as a studio and has brought us a wide range of challenging projects that have led to recognition as a design studio. Most recently we were awarded two prestigious RIBA Regional awards and shortlisted for RIBA House of the Year 2021.

Based in West London, we are a practice with a strong team ethos and an expanding portfolio. We are seeking a determined and diligent individual to join our team to work on a wide range of residential-led projects from exciting one-off homes, mixed-use developments, co-living and co-working interiors projects at all stages of work from concept to completion.

We can offer excellent experience at all work stages including a number of projects currently under construction or about to be on site for Part 3 experience as well as good levels of responsibility and opportunities to progress for the right candidate.

Ideally you will:

  • be super creative
  • be highly skilled at producing high quality 3D visualisations (SketchUp/V-Ray/Lumion or other similar software)
  • be good at working independently and with a proactive attitude
  • have excellent communication and presentation skills
  • be fluent in 2D CAD software (Vectorworks or AutoCAD), Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite
  • have a good working knowledge of Revit (BIM) preferable
  • have a good working knowledge of UK building regulations and RIBA stages of work
  • be eligible to work in the UK
