Timothy Tasker Architects is seeking an architect or experienced Part 2 to join its team in the Cotswolds, UK.

Timothy Tasker Architects is working on a mixture of bespoke environmentally sensitive private residential and commercial projects and is seeking an architect or experienced P2 to help grow its practice in the Cotswolds, UK.

Following a range of exciting new projects TTA is looking for a team player who is excited to be part of an expanding design focussed practice. Please only get in touch if you want to work in our Kingham Office and live within a commutable location.  We are looking to work with someone who is dedicated and excited by the potential of architecture, the candidate must be looking for a long-term position and have the drive to contribute to the studio’s growth.

Key requirements:

• at least three years of post-Part 3 professional experience in the UK
• RIBA Work Stages – proficient knowledge from planning to construction phases
• contracts –  familiarity with JCT or RIBA construction contracts
• design skills – a strong creative vision and design sensibility
• technical knowledge – proficiency in building regulations and technical drawings
• software proficiency – skilled in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and 3D Rhino is advantageous
• communication – fluent in English (written and spoken) with clear presentation abilities
• organisation – strong initiative, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• teamwork – confidence in both independent work and team collaboration
