Part 2 architectural assistant
at TPM Studio

TPM Studio is looking for a Part 2 architectural assistant to join its London studio.

The role offers a great opportunity to work in a collaborative and creative environment on a number of exciting projects from new-build to retrofit within workplace, residential, education and hospitality sectors.

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:

  • minimum of one year of professional experience, post-Part 1
  • relevant sector experience within the UK
  • proficiency in 2D and 3D Vectorworks, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
  • experience using V-Ray or equivalent desirable, but not essential
  • excellent design skills including hand sketching and visualisation
  • evidence of some construction knowledge
  • ability to take initiative in response to direction or instruction
  • ability to find creative and innovative solutions to problems
  • ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently
  • ability to work collaboratively as part of a wider team
  • self-motivated and able to take responsibility
  • flexible and open attitude towards continual improvement and learning
  • excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
  • an enthusiastic, friendly and proactive attitude
