Twelve Architects is looking for an office administrator to join its London-based practice.
Twelve Architects is an award winning international architectural practice based in London. Founded in 2012, we are a growing practice and have delivered medium to large scale landmark projects with a combined construction value of over £1 billion. We would like someone with enthusiasm, an interest in design, excellent interpersonal skills, and a positive proactive attitude.
- support senior management with diary and meeting management
- answer phones and direct calls
- book travel and accommodation for staff
- order and monitor office supplies and consumables
- monitor and manage incoming emails to the office account
- maintain monthly accounts and bookkeeping
- issue and monitor invoices
- help with bids, competition entries and press coverage
We are happy to consider a part-time role if preferred.
