Warehouse coordinator

There is an opportunity for a warehouse coordinator at twentytwentyone to join its team in London.
twentytwentyone seeks a design-enthusiast to assist our warehouse manager at our own-operated warehouse in Stoke Newington. The role is varied and our warehouse operates a small team, requiring a high level of numeracy, literacy, accuracy and genuine care for our products.
The job description is covered below and may include additional duties from time to time:
Goods in and out:
- organisation of incoming and outgoing deliveries
- orders delivered-in to be checked on the system against orders placed and salespersons responsible to be alerted
- allocation on system of goods received to corresponding sales orders
- any shortages, differences, or irregularities should be reported on system and to sales person/admin office
- outgoing orders prepared for onward delivery as instructed by salesperson
- retail stock collated and prepared for delivery to shop and showroom
- maintain dialogue with various delivery companies, gathering quotations as required for national and international orders
- preparation and maintenance of stock – clean and repair as advised
- Epos bar code labelling accessories
Distribution:
- constant review and improvement to our delivery services
- picking and packing orders for web sales and mail orders
- packing goods for export distribution
twentytwentyone products:
- oversee distribution of wholesale orders to customers throughout the UK and worldwide
- collate components for furniture orders
Warehouse:
- ensure systems are adhered to and new systems introduced
- maintain building, undertaking tasks where possible and reporting issues to main office where required
- stock lists kept up to date
Support:
- ensure EPOS labelling work carried out in collaboration with purchasing department and shop
- stock areas pro-actively managed to maximise space
- warehouse environment maintained/cleaned
Project work:
- support role as needed on specific projects – sale preparation, exhibitions, events
- customer notification of failed deliveries by email

Salary: Up to £25,000
