Part 1/2 architectural assistant

Underscore Architecture is seeking Part 1 and Part 2 architectural assistants to join its team in London.
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated candidates who are creative and passionate about design. The role will involve working collaboratively with a small team on a range of projects across all stages. Typical tasks and responsibilities will include developing concept design proposals and presentations, liaising with clients and consultants, preparing drawings for planning and building control submission, producing technical drawings for tender/construction and overseeing projects on site, including site visits.
We’re particularly interested to hear from candidates who possess the following qualities:
- self-motivation and enthusiasm
- strong design and problem-solving skills
- effective presentation and communication abilities
- proficient in Archicad, MicroStation, Adobe InDesign and Photoshop preferred
- excellent time management skills
We offer a competitive salary package commensurate with your experience. Our working model includes a hybrid approach – three days in our office located at 8 Hermitage St, London W2 1BE, and two days working remotely giving flexibility.
