Senior architect
at UNITY Studio
UNITY Studio is looking for a senior architect to join its growing London team.
We are an ambitious in-house design studio working on a wide range of exciting high-profile residential, commercial and mixed-use projects for UNITY Real Estate.
Together with the director and the team, the successful applicant will play a key role in the creative direction and design identity of our projects moving forward as well as the growth of the studio.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Part 3 architecture or equivalent interior architecture qualification with a minimum of three years, post qualification.
- proven experience in working on high-profile projects in the UK and with existing buildings, ideally listed
- very strong conceptual, graphic and design skills, illustrated in a beautiful, comprehensive portfolio
- strong regulatory and technical design knowledge to resolve design solutions through innovative thinking
- strong proficiency in 3D and 2D software (Revit, Microstation, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, 3ds Max, Rhino or similar etc.)
- effective project management and team leadership abilities
- extensive co-ordination experience with contractors and consultants
- excellent communication skills, proactive and self-motivated, with a continuous desire to both learn from and mentor others
- comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- some interior/FFE experience preferential
