UCA is looking to appoint a technical tutor digital media to join its technical services team in Canterbury, UK.

The role

Full time post: 36.25 hours per week
Salary: £26,715-£30,046

The successful applicant will have experience of AutoCAD, Rhino, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. You will also be willing to learn new softwares as required by course demands.

You will be teaching the above to groups of students as well as offering individual support sessions. Experience in 3D modelling and laser cutting would also be desirable.

Excellent communication skills are required, you must be a good team worker and be able to demonstrate an aptitude for dealing tactfully with students and staff. The ability to work under pressure is essential.

You will contribute to the care and maintenance of equipment and be responsible for the health and safety in your area of competence.
