Vincenzo De Cotiis Architects is seeking a senior architect or intermediate architect to join its team in Milan, Italy.

The role requires a minimum of five years post-qualification experience in practice, effective management and team leadership skills, strong design sensibilities, excellent technical skills, a flexible mentality, and extensive experience in managing all project stages, from concept to construction and site supervision.

The successful applicants will have the following:

• master’s degree in architecture/interior design
• minimum of five years of proven experience in working on international, high-profile projects
• effective project management and team leadership abilities
• strong conceptual, graphic and design skills, illustrated in a comprehensive portfolio
• extensive coordination experience with clients, contractors, and consultants
• technical design knowledge to resolve architectural solutions through innovative thinking
• excellent communication skills, proactive and self-motivated, with a continuous desire to both learn from and mentor others
• comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• strong proficiency in 3D and 2D software (ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, 3ds Max, Corona, etc.)
• excellent proficiency in French, English, Italian
