Marketing and communications coordinator

WilkinsonEyre has a vacancy for a marketing and communications coordinator to join its team in London.
We are seeking a marketing and communications coordinator to join its London team, supporting marketing, business development and communications across our international practice. Reporting to the head of marketing and communications, the role would suit a positive, highly proactive and inquisitive individual who would like to develop a career in communications in a supportive environment.
The role includes:
- digital content creation and upload
- awards submissions
- PR and press monitoring
- database management
- ad hoc administrative support
The candidate will join an existing team of three which includes two graphics specialists and is supported by external PR agencies.
Skills/person specifications:
- excellent English language essential (both spoken and written) along with confidence in writing generally
- personable and confident in communicating with colleagues at all levels
- organised, proactive and ready to get stuck in
- detail-oriented
- a good graphic eye
- good understanding of social media
- interested in architecture and design
- experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
Desirable but not essential:
- experience of CRM databases
- experience of using Open Asset Image Database
- undergraduate degree (such as a Bachelor of Arts, English, or related creative qualification)
- previous experience in an architecture practice or related environment
