WILL+Partners is seeking a senior interior designer to join its team in London.

WILL+Partners is looking for a senior interior designer to join our London team, with a focus on designing and delivering exceptional workplace and hospitality environments. This is an opportunity to work on projects across the UK, Europe and Asia, shaping spaces that balance creativity, practicality, and strong design thinking.

We’re looking for someone with:

• six to eight years of post-qualification experience in interior design, ideally with a mix of corporate workplace and hospitality projects
• a passion for creating high quality, people-centred environments that respond to both client needs and creative ambition
• strong conceptual and visualisation skills, with the ability to craft and present compelling design narratives to both clients and internal teams
• proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp/Enscape, Mid-Journey or other AI design tools along with freehand sketching ability, and strong 3D visualisation skills
• confidence and experience working across all stages of a project – from concept to delivery º including coordination with consultants, suppliers, and contractors
• solid knowledge of UK building regulations and construction standards
• an encyclopaedic knowledge of materials, finishes, FF&E packages, and detailing — with a keen eye for the newest and best in the market
• comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• client facing skills, able to present ideas with clarity and confidence
• willingness to occasionally travel internationally for project work

This is a hands-on design and delivery role for someone who enjoys being involved in every part of the process, from initial spark to final detail.
