Kristina Zanic Consultants is renowned for delivering originality, quality and style across world-class hospitality, leisure, commercial, and residential projects. Guided by our core values – visionary, integrity, flexible, empowering and passionate – we create spaces that inspire and endure.

We are seeking a senior FF&E designer to join our hospitality team in central London and take the lead on high-profile projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and detail-driven designer with a passion for luxury interiors and a strong knowledge of global suppliers, materials, and design trends.

What you’ll do:

    • develop and deliver FF&E concepts, mood boards, and design narratives for prestigious hospitality projects
    • select and specify FF&E, finishes, hardware, and sanitaryware that meet project vision, budgets and timelines
    • lead the preparation of FF&E specification books and coordinate with documenters on scheduling and cost control
    • collaborate closely with the wider design team to ensure seamless integration of FF&E with overall project concepts
    • manage projects independently and support the FF&E Director/Associate on larger-scale projects
    • liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors, presenting design schemes and overseeing delivery
    • review shop drawings, prototypes, and technical submissions to ensure alignment with design intent
    • mentor and guide junior designers, while upholding and refining company FF&E standards
    • stay ahead of industry trends, fostering relationships with international suppliers and sourcing unique, innovative solutions

What we’re looking for:

  • degree in interior design, architecture or related field
  • minimum eight years’ experience in FF&E design, ideally within the luxury hospitality sector
  • strong creative design skills with exceptional eye for detail, quality, and storytelling through materials
  • proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office; experience with DotStudio is a plus
  • excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
  • highly organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Why join us?

At Kristina Zanic Consultants, you’ll be part of a collaborative and visionary team that values creativity, innovation, and excellence. You’ll have the opportunity to work on iconic international projects, develop long-term supplier relationships, and make a lasting impact in the design world.

If you are passionate about shaping spaces with originality and precision, we’d love to hear from you.
