LEOS Development is hiring an interior designer to join its teams in Cairo, Dubai or Guangzhou.
Role summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced interior designer to join our team, with opportunities available in Cairo, Dubai or Guangzhou. This is an excellent chance to contribute to international high-end residential and commercial projects. You will be fully involved throughout the design and implementation process – from concept to delivery – supporting the growth of LEOS’ global portfolio.
Key responsibilities:
- manage the full scope of interior design work: from concept and design development to final delivery
- produce design outputs including concept boards, material palettes, construction drawings, and detailed packages
- collaborate closely with the design director to ensure design concepts are realised on time and within budget
- work with architects, consultants, and suppliers to ensure accurate execution of design intent
- contribute to tender documents, construction drawings, and technical specifications
- participate in site visits, design reviews, and client presentations
- provide guidance to junior designers and promote a collaborative team environment
Qualifications:
- bachelor’s degree or above in interior design, architecture, or related field
- eight plus years’ of professional interior design experience in high-end residential or commercial projects
- strong experience in construction projects, with a thorough understanding of site processes and implementation
- proficiency in FF&E and soft furnishing design, with a strong sense of space planning and material selection
- exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and project delivery skills
- proficient in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite; Revit experience is a plus
- strong communication, presentation, and teamwork skills
- solid knowledge of interior materials, construction techniques and detailing
- fluency in English is required
