LEOS Development is hiring a junior architect to join its teams in Cairo, Dubai or Guangzhou.
Role summary
We are seeking a motivated and talented junior architect to join our team, with opportunities available in Cairo, Dubai, or Guangzhou. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience on international high-end residential and commercial projects. You will be actively involved throughout the design and implementation process – from concept to delivery – supporting the growth of LEOS’ global portfolio.

Key responsibilities:
- assist the team in developing and deepening design concepts
- assist with producing and updating drawings and models
- participate in early concept and design development work
- contribute to both physical and digital model making
- engage actively in team discussions and advance tasks under the guidance of the project lead
- plan tasks and time effectively to achieve project milestones
- adapt quickly in a fast-paced project environment
Qualifications:
- bachelor’s degree or above in architecture
- one to three years’ of relevant architectural design experience
- proficient with Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with Grasshopper required; Revit experience is a plus
- foundational understanding of building materials, codes/standards and construction methods
- detail-oriented with strong drawing and modelling skills
- able to communicate in English and work in an international office environment
- proactive, responsible, and a strong team player
- experience across complete project stages, and/or overseas study or cross-border collaboration, is a plus
