LEOS Development is hiring a parametric architectural assistant to join its teams in Cairo, Dubai or Guangzhou.
Role summary
We are seeking a motivated and talented parametric architectural assistant to join our team, with opportunities available in Cairo, Dubai, or Guangzhou. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on international high-end residential and commercial projects, applying parametric and computational design techniques. You will be actively involved throughout the design and implementation process – from concept to delivery – supporting the growth of LEOS’ global portfolio.
Key responsibilities:
- utilise Rhino, Grasshopper, Revit and other tools for parametric 3D modelling and design optimisation
- participate in the full design lifecycle of residential and mixed-use projects, from concept through construction documentation
- collaborate with architects and designers to deliver innovative components and spatial designs
- ensure design feasibility and compliance with local and international codes and project requirements
- produce detailed technical drawings and coordinate construction implementation
- stay informed on new trends and technologies in architecture and design (e.g., BIM, smart modeling, AI)
Qualifications:
- bachelor’s degree or above in architecture, industrial design, or related field
- RIBA Part 2 or equivalent qualification preferred
- three plus years’ of professional experience in parametric design
- proficient in Rhino, Grasshopper, 3ds Max; skilled in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite
- familiarity with Revit preferred
- strong English communication skills; Experience in international teams is advantageous
- creative, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively
