Part 2 architectural designer

Panter Hudspith Architects is on the hunt for a Part 2 architectural designer to join its team in London.
We are looking for a motivated and creative Part 2 architectural designer to work on a range of residential, mixed used, education and art projects in our London studio.
You will:
- work as part of a team of architects and designers contributing to both design and delivery of projects develop design concepts and establish final briefs
- consider materials and costs according to set budgets
- prepare drawings, designs, plans, models and schemes, often using computer-aided design software
- take responsibility as assigned and assist with the production of feasibility reports, design proposals, detailed workings, drawings, models, specifications, presentations, reports, applications for planning and building control, tenders and other documents as required
Skills and experience:
- RIBA Part 2 qualification or equivalent is required.
- applicants must also have relevant working experience on residential or mixed-use projects with immaculate model making skills.
- candidates should have excellent software skills with proven experience using, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp and Vectorworks. Knowledge of Revit is not essential but training will be provided if required.
