Dezeen Jobs Top Companies 2026 terms and conditions
These terms are legally binding. This service is provided by Dezeen Limited of 8 Orsman Road, London N1 5QJ, UK.
1 General
The initiator and organiser of Dezeen Jobs Top Companies 2026 ("Top Companies") is Dezeen Limited.
By completing and submitting the entry form available via www.dezeenjobs.com/top-companies and paying the entry fee, the applicant company ("Entrant") agrees to all of the terms and conditions set out below.
If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should not take part in Dezeen Jobs Top Companies 2026.
Once you have created an account, we reserve the right to send you further correspondence regarding our Top Companies initiative. You can unsubscribe by clicking "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any of our Dezeen Jobs newsletter emails.
2 Eligibility
2.1 Dezeen Jobs Top Companies 2026 is open only to companies, organisations or studios operating within the fields of architecture, interiors or design. Individual entries will not be accepted.
2.2 Entrants must have a minimum of three (3) full-time employees. Sole practitioners and one-person businesses are ineligible.
2.3 Entrants must provide accurate and up-to-date information about their organisation at the time of entry.
2.4 Entries must be submitted by an authorised representative of the company. Entries submitted on behalf of another organisation must have the full consent of that organisation.
2.5 All written responses must be submitted in English.
2.6 Dezeen Limited reserves the right to disqualify entries for any reason, at any time, including but not limited to: entry containing false, misleading or incomplete information; any other doubt about the integrity of the entry; legal or ethical concerns about the entrant; potential reputational damage to Dezeen Limited by association with the entrant.
2.7 In the event of Dezeen Limited disqualifying an entry after publication of the Top Companies 2026 list, all mention of the disqualified company will be removed from the Dezeen and Dezeen Jobs websites. Dezeen Limited reserves the right to update its website copy to state why the company has been removed.
2.8 Upon receiving written notice from Dezeen Limited that their entry has been disqualified, the disqualified entrant must immediately desist from mentioning Dezeen Jobs Top Companies or including the Dezeen, Dezeen Jobs, or Dezeen Jobs Top Companies logo in any of its marketing materials or other communications.
3 Requirements
3.1 Entries must be submitted by email using the downloadable form at www.dezeenjobs.com/top-companies before 23:59 (London time) on 11 December 2025 for standard entry, or 18 December 2025 for late entry.
3.2 No entries will be accepted after the final deadline.
3.3 Entrants may enter multiple companies or related entities if they operate under separate legal names, but each must be entered separately.
3.4 Entries can be modified up to the point of payment and submission. Once the entry form is submitted and payment is made, no further changes can be accepted.
4 Images and visual material
4.1 Entrants will be asked, either during the entry process or at a later stage, to provide supporting images as part of their entry, including a company logo, at least one photograph of their workplace and/or team, and at least one image of a recently completed project, up to a maximum of ten (10) images in total.
4.2 All images and visual materials submitted must be genuine representations of the workplace and the people featured. By submitting images, entrants confirm that they have obtained all necessary permissions from any individuals appearing in the photographs and that they hold the rights to share and license the materials for use by Dezeen Limited.
4.3 Dezeen Limited reserves the right to use submitted images and logos for editorial, marketing and promotional purposes in connection with Dezeen Jobs Top Companies, including online, in print, and across Dezeen's owned channels.
4.4 Entrants represent and warrant that all submitted materials do not infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights, or any other rights of a third party, and agree to indemnify Dezeen Limited against any claims arising from the use of such materials.
5 Entry fees
5.1 Entry fees are set according to company size and entry deadline, as published on the Dezeen Jobs website. Entrants must ensure that all company size information provided is accurate.
5.2 Payment must be made through the online payment system provided. Entrants will receive confirmation by email once payment has been successfully processed.
5.3 No other payment methods will be accepted unless agreed in writing by Dezeen Limited.
6 Refunds
6.1 Entrants may withdraw their submission at any time; however, entry fees are non-refundable once payment has been made.
6.2 In the event that an entry is disqualified by Dezeen Limited, the entry fee may be refunded at Dezeen's discretion within 30 days.
7 Publication and recognition
7.1 Inclusion in the Dezeen Jobs Top Companies 2026 list is determined by the Dezeen team, who may consult or collaborate with external experts or judges (see section 8) to provide additional perspective on entries.
7.2 Selected companies will be featured on Dezeen and Dezeen Jobs as part of the Top Companies 2026 editorial coverage.
7.3 Dezeen may highlight specific aspects of a company's culture, policies or practices when publishing the list.
7.4 Companies not selected for publication will not receive individual feedback.
8 Evaluation and judges
8.1 Entries are assessed by Dezeen staff.
8.2 External experts or advisors may be invited to provide input.
8.3 The Dezeen team, in consultation with any external judges, may ratify the final list of companies for publication.
8.4 Inclusion is at the discretion of Dezeen Limited, and participation in the evaluation does not guarantee publication.
8.5 Top Companies 2026 is a recognition initiative, not a competitive awards programme. No scoring, ranking or formal competition is guaranteed.
9 Announcement of Dezeen Jobs Top Companies 2026 list
9.1 The Dezeen Jobs Top Companies 2026 list is planned to be published in early 2026 on www.dezeenjobs.com/top-companies.
9.2 Entrants whose entries are not included in the list will not receive individual correspondence from Dezeen.
9.3 Dezeen may, at its discretion, respond to requests, queries or questions from applicants, however, Dezeen is not required or obliged to provide a response.
9.4 If an entry is included in the list, the manner and details of announcing such inclusion are at the sole discretion of Dezeen Limited. Entrants understand that not all companies will be publicised in the same way, and some may be featured in a ceremony while others may not.
10 Intellectual property rights
10.1 By submitting an entry, the entrant fully and unreservedly grants Dezeen Limited a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive and fully sub-licensable licence to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, perform, display, create derivative works from, and otherwise exploit any such material submitted, in whole or in part, in any form, including for promotional or marketing purposes; and to allow third parties, including but not limited to Dezeen Jobs Top Companies sponsors, also to publish this content where they do so in association with Dezeen Jobs Top Companies.
10.2 Entrants are fully responsible for all content they submit to Dezeen Limited and accept liability for any actions relating to the content. Any comments and reviews posted on the website by entrants or other users do not necessarily reflect our opinions and we are not responsible or liable for any content submitted by you or anyone else.
10.3 Entrants represent and warrant that they are only submitting entry materials that they own, or otherwise have the right to submit, and agree to indemnify Dezeen Limited and their respective employees and affiliates against any liabilities, damages, losses, costs or expenses arising as a result of their failure to obtain such right.
10.4 Entrants warrant that the material submitted does not in any way infringe upon or violate any contract with a third party or any third party’s rights (including, without limitation, their intellectual property rights) and will keep Dezeen Limited fully indemnified against any third party claims that arise as a result of a breach of this clause.
11 Liability
11.1 Dezeen Limited reserves the right to cancel, amend or modify Dezeen Jobs Top Companies or these terms and conditions at any time.
11.2 Dezeen Limited will not be liable for any consequential losses (i.e. loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss or damage to data or information) arising out of, or in connection with, the provision of the service of publishing your entry on the Dezeen and Dezeen Jobs websites.
11.3 Dezeen Limited may assert its rights or obligations under these terms at any time. You may not assert your rights or obligations under these terms without Dezeen Limited’s prior written consent. Dezeen Limited will not be liable for failure to meet its obligations under these terms if it is prevented from doing so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
12 Data storage
12.1 By submitting an entry, entrants agree to Dezeen Limited storing and processing their data for the purposes of managing Dezeen Jobs Top Companies 2026. Your data will be accessed by employees of Dezeen Limited and any appointed judges involved in the evaluation process.
12.2 When you create an account at www.dezeenjobs.com, we collect such data, including but not limited to your company name, contact information, and any other data included in a submitted entry, including but not limited to submitted text, images and other entry materials.
12.3 Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, by submitting an entry you agree that, at a minimum, Dezeen Limited may process personal data, which may include (without limitation):
- your full name;
- your professional details;
- digital photographs of you, your team or your work.
and Dezeen shall be able to use such data in connection with their legitimate business interests.
12.5 Information provided by entrants will not be shared with any other third party without prior consent.
12.6 Any type of data that identifies a living individual will be treated as personal data and will be dealt with in accordance with clauses 13.1-13.2.
13 Privacy policy
13.1 Dezeen Limited is the controller of personal data pursuant to Article 26 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which it will process in accordance with Dezeen Limited's privacy policy available at: www.dezeen.com/privacy-notice.
13.2 No financial information, such as debit or credit card details, will be stored by Dezeen Limited in any format.
14 Governing law
These terms will be governed by English law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
